Personal Care Services

Personal care services in your own home

Remaining independent and staying in your own home is important to everyone, especially as you get older. Sometimes, you need just a little bit of help with domestic tasks due to a ‘dodgy hip’ or a tendency to feel light-headed.

Whatever your needs we are here to help and make your life at home easier and more comfortable.

At Charmes Care, we offer both ongoing personal care, as well as short-term care whilst you recover from illness or injury. We’re more than happy to help you with a number of domestic tasks, such as cooking, shopping and housework.

We’ll work with you to arrange an online delivery, go to the supermarket for you or take you to the supermarket; depending on what you think is the best choice. Maintaining a healthy diet in your later years is extremely important to keeping well, especially if you’re getting over an injury or illness.

Keeping your house clean can be a difficult task your body may find increasingly difficult. A clean and tidy house is a healthy house, so we will make sure your home gets a decent clean on a regular basis. Whether you want someone daily or weekly, we will ensure that your home is kept to your standards.

Standing in front of the cooker for long periods of time can be painful and tiring for many people getting over injury or illness, which is why we include the preparation of meals as part of our personal care services. Whether you have food to be reheated, or want something cooking from scratch, we’re on hand to help you.

Charmes Care We will also sit with you whilst you eat your meal to have a cup of tea and talk about your day.
